Return policy

All ingredients supplied by Ivy Nat Ltd are of the finest quality. Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you're disappointed in any way we would like to know, so please make sure you contact us if this is the case.

Note that seasonal temperatures can change the smell, texture and colour of natural products. Color or scent variations do not warrant a return or exchange as natural ingredients do vary from lot to lot and thus a finished product can have slight variations. If these variations are not acceptable to you, then you may want to consider chemical based products.

If any of your items arrive damaged we will replace them and we may ask you to return the damaged items. We will refund any reasonable return postage costs - proof of posting costs will be required. Where items are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs. If any of your items arrive damaged please retain the items and packaging and contact us on info@ivynat.couk as soon as possible. Damages must be reported to us within two working days of receipt.

As long as your product is unopened you can return your item within 14 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

Where you purchase a product or a number of products together from our website you have a right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days after the date on which the product(s) was (were) delivered to you by Ivy Nat Ltd.

Where multiple items form part of the same order but have been delivered separately, your right to cancel starts 14 calendar days after the date on which the last product(s) was (were) delivered to you by Ivy Nat Ltd.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by email on info@ivynat.co.uk.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Please note that to cancel items that have already been dispatched you will need to return those items to us at your cost to be received within 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. We strongly recommend you get proof of posting your items, such as a free certificate of posting at a post office or use a recorded delivery service for returning items.

 

Any refunds that fall outside of the above are at the discretion of management.

Due to hygiene reasons, this right does not apply if product is unsealed.

 

Effects of cancellation

 

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery at the standard delivery charge.

In order to receive a full refund, all we ask is that you take reasonable care of the product(s) and that they are returned to us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any product(s) supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product(s) back. We will refund you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day you return any products supplied, or provide us with evidence that you have returned them. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise to an alternative.

You will be responsible for any postage or other costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us, except where goods might have been delivered to you in error or where the product is faulty.

If your order comprises of multiple items, you can cancel and return any of the items individually or in combination.

Nothing within this refund, exchange and returns policy affects your legal rights, and in particular you will always be entitled to return goods to us for a full refund if they were faulty or not as described and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction.
